Bio Heaven and Earth is a story infusing anime, music, comic books, and a love for a good story. Each chapter is named for a song written by Matthew Sweet and is designed to be read with that song as a soundtrack of sorts.

Jun has been good friends with Lily for a while. They grew up together and decided to rob banks together. The only catch is that Jun refuses to kill for any reason. During one of their escapes A large Mecha falls on their car. They find a young, strange girl inside from beyond the stars named Lucifer. She tells of a great war of the sexes that threatens all life in the universe. Lucifer's adversaries send a platoon to Earth to eradicate her. Meanwhile she needs to be reunited with her "gift", 40 square feet of chrome that she can bend to her will
